Hazy Little Thing
As brewers, we get the privilege to sample our beers straight from the tanks in all their raw glory. Some beers need a little polishing to get ready to go out into the world, while others—the hop-heavy, rowdy, crowd-pleasers—should just be left alone. We wanted to share this brewery-only treat with you, so we present this Hazy Little Thing, our unfiltered, unprocessed IPA, straight from the tanks and into the can.
Tower Station IPA
Parched motorists on Route 66 anticipated hospitality at Tower Station, opened in 1936. This unfiltered India Pale Ale greets you with a copper-orange hue and fluffy white head, releasing aromas of tangerine and pineapple. Pilsner and Pale malts balance hop-derived flavors of grapefruit peel and pine to finish the journey.
Pumpkin Ale (2023)
Our flagship beer - Scottsdale Blonde is a German-style Kölsch. Based on the traditional beers of Colgne, Germany, this beer is blonde in color, lightly hopped, very smooth with a slightly sweet finish. This beer has higher carbonation which makes it a great food beer. Try it with roasted meats or as an aperitif. German Hops are used to give it a milder bitterness and aroma.
Fluffy Tangerine Clouds
With a burst of tangerine on the nose, this Hazy IPA has actual tangerine added to it which accentuates the style’s already fruit juice characteristics. Soft textured and medium bodied, this beer is balanced towards the hop profile, yet finishes with medium sweetness and subtle bitterness.
Ace Perry Cider
Ace Perry is an all-natural fruit cider. Fresh Pear juice and Madagascar Vanilla (for mouth-feel and smoothness) are added to our apple cider post fermentation.
